What is Happy Babies?
Happy Babies sensory play classes has an online booking system and search platform which lists the classes available at all of our venues. It’s aimed at Parents/Carers with small children to attend sensory play classes. It’s goals are to support parents in their early years of parenthood as well as support baby’s development.

The Happy Babies website is operated and provided to you by Happy Babies Limited. Happy Babies Limited is the data controller of all personal data provided to us or that we otherwise obtain. If you book a class on www.happy-babies.co.uk, then the directors of Happy Babies/class providers are controllers of your personal data.

We also collect and use demographic data for the pitching our business venue locations this includes the customers name and postcode.
Payment services are provided through Stripe so we do not obtain any bank details or credit or debit card information from our users.

We shall process all such personal data in accordance with this Policy. Personal data is mandatory and will be provided to us in order for you to attend Happy Babies classes. If you do not want to share this information with us, then do not book a class on our website.

When you contact us by email or post, we may keep a record of the correspondence and we may also record any telephone call we have with you.

Children’s Data
When a Parent/Carer books a class, we ask you to provide some details about the child. This information is shared with Happy Babies Ltd/ class providers for the purpose of ensuring that the class is within the specified age range, for tracking payment and to create a class register. We do not communicate directly with the minor through the website. The information is provided with the consent of the Parent/Carer.
